The level of awareness of nursing department heads of crisis management in the hospital was generally average, and a good number of sample members were aware of the existence of a crisis management plan at the hospital level. The level of knowledge of the Guinean individuals that the organizational structure is flexible enough to help the hospital management deal with crises when they occur was good.
