Pressure ulcers represent a serious health problem that exacerbates the physical and psychological suffering of patients with mobility impairments, including those with spinal cord injuries. These patients face additional physical complications and high care costs. Therefore, alternative treatment methods have emerged as a safe option for managing these ulcers, such as aloe vera gel, which is effective in repairing ulcers because it increases elasticity and reduces skin fragility due to its 99% water content. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of applying aloe vera gel on the degree of healing of pressure ulcers in patients with spinal cord injuries. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted according to a quasi-experimental design on a convenient sample of 20 patients. The sample was collected using the Revitalization Scale during the period from November 2024 to February 2025 The results Very significant differences were found in the degree of wound healing one month after the start of the study interventions, as the average degree of healing was (14.00±1.633) for patients in the aloe vera gel group versus (20.50±3.567) for patients in the control group (t=5.24,p=0.000).The study recommends the application of aloe vera gel for ulcer repair as part of the treatment plan in hospitals
