أثر بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية على نماذج الشخصية "دراسة ميدانية باستخدام قائمة ميلون المعدلة على عينة من طلاب جامعة دمشق"
Abstract
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف نماذج الشخصية (النموذج الدافعي، النموذج المعرفي، النموذج السلوكي) لدى الأفراد باختلاف محل الإقامة حسب متغير الريف والمدينة، و باختلاف نوع الكلية حسب متغير الكليات النظرية والكليات العلمية، ولهذا الغرض اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بجانبيه النظري والتطبيقي حيث أجرت دراسة ميدانية طبقت على عيّنة بلغت (606) طالباً وطالبة، وقد سحبت العيّنة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من جامعة دمشق تبعا لمتغيرات البحث، تم استخدام قائمة ميلون المعدلة لنماذج الشخصية 2003 التي تسلط الضوء على طبيعة الشخصية ومعرفة أبعادها المختلفة وسماتها المتقابلة حيث تهتم بقياس وظائف الشخصية عند البالغين بين عمر 18 و65 سنة. وكانت نتائج البحث:
هل يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العيّنة حسب متغير التخصص الدراسي وفقا للتقسيم التالي (كليات نظرية – كليات علمية)؟ فأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في السمات التالية: تجنب الألم والتكيف النشط والاهتمام بالآخرين والحس الواقعي والحدس الخيالي وقيادة المشاعر والبحث بطرق الملاحظة والانفتاح الاجتماعي والمعارض غير التقليدي ومراعاة القيام بالواجب والمستسلم الخاضع والمتذمر-غير المشبع. كما قد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في السمات التالية: تعزيز اللذة والتكيف السلبي والانغماس الذاتي والتركيز الخارجي والتركيز الداخلي وقيادة التفكير والبحث بطرق الابتكار والانسحاب الاجتماعي والانفتاح الاجتماعي والمتردد- القلق والواثق- المقدام والمعارض- غير تقليدي والمهيمن – المسيطر المساير-المتعاون.
هل يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العيّنة حسب متغير الإقامة وفقا للتقسيم التالي (مدينة – ريف)؟ فأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في السمات التالية: تعزيز اللذة، تجنب الألم، الانغماس الذاتي، الاهتمام بالآخرين، التركيز الداخلي، البحث بطرق الابتكار، الانفتاح الاجتماعي، المتردد- القلق، الواثق- المقدام، مراعاة القيام بالواجب، المستسلم – الخاضع، المهيمن – المسيطر، المساير-المتعاون. كما قد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في السمات التالية: التكيف النشط، التكيف السلبي، التركيز الخارجي، الحس الواقعي، الحدس الخيالي، قيادة التفكير، قيادة العواطف، البحث بطرق الملاحظة، الانسحاب الاجتماعي، المعارض- غير تقليدي، المتذمر-غير المشبع.
The aim of this research was to reveal the personality styles (Motivating Styles, Thinking Styles and Behaving Styles) of people with the variables of accommodation (city, country) and type of study (theoretical college, scientific college). The researcher follows the descriptive analysis procedure. The research was conducted on a random sample of 606 at Damascus University depending on the variables of accommodation (city, country) and type of study (theoretical college and scientific college in university). The researcher used Millon's Index of Personality Styles Revised (2003) in the field study.
Using (SPSS) program, the research came up with the following results:
There were statistically significant differences in he features of the Motivating Styles, Thinking Styles and Behaving Styles related the variable of accommodation. There were statistically significant differences in some features of Motivating Styles, Thinking Styles and Behaving Styles related to the variable of study.
