واقع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال(الحكومية والخاصة) والفرق بينهما من حيث (البناء, الموقع, شروط الصحة والسلامة, الجانب الجمالي) بحث ميداني في محافظة حمص خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2010-2011
Abstract
يقوم البحث الحالي بدراسة واقع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال (الحكومية, والخاصة) ودراسة الفرق بين المؤسستين من حيث (المبنى, الموقع, شروط الصحة والسلامة, الجانب الجمالي) وقد تم إجراء البحث في محافظة حمص على عشرين روضة (10 روضات حكومية و10 روضات خاصة) بالاعتماد على بطاقة تقويم خاصة بهذا الغرض .
وكانت نتيجة البحث أن هناك فروقاً بين المؤسستين لمصلحة المؤسسات الحكومية في شروط البناء وشروط الصحة والسلامة ولا يوجد فروق بين المؤسستين في الموقع والجانب الجمالي .
وقد خلص البحث إلى بعض المقترحات والتوصيات أهمها ضرورة عدم الترخيص لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال الخاصة إلا إذا كانت تراعي الشروط المثالية والمعتمدة في وزارة التربية, وضرورة متابعة هذه المؤسسات بشكل دائم من قبل الموجهين المختصين, وضرورة التدخل بمؤهلات مديرات الروضات الخاصة ومعلماتها.
This research studies the status of (public and private) kindergartens and the differences between them concerning building, location, and health and safety conditions). This study has focused on 20 kindergartens (10 public and 10 private) in Homs. The researcher has depended on an evaluation card for this purpose. The results obtained have displayed differences between both institutions. Public kindergartens have got the privilege, concluding the necessity of monitoring private kindergartens and applying the conditions set by the Ministry of Education.
