إمكانية تطبيق متطلبات إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في كلية التربية دراسة ميدانية مقارنة لآراء عينتّين من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في كليتي التربية بجامعتي حلب وتشرين
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى التعرّف إلى آراء أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بجامعتي حلب وتشرين في إمكانية تطبيق متطلبات إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في كلية التربية بالجامعتين، وكذلك التعرّف على الفروق بين وجهات نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية تبعاً للمتغيّرات (الجامعة، المرتبة العلمية، الخبرة الوظيفية). ولتحقيق هدف البحث صممت استبانة احتوت (86) متطلباً، قسمت إلى عشرة متطلبات. وزعت على من عينّة مؤلفة من (118) عضواً من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في كلية التربية بجامعتي حلب وتشرين للعام الدراسي 2010/2011. وللحكم على صدق الاستبانة عرضت على مجموعة مؤلفة من (11) محكماً مختصاً في كليات التربية بجامعات القطر. وتم التأكد من ثباتها بتطبيقها على عينّة استطلاعية شملت (15) عضو هيئة تعليمية من خلال حساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ (Cronbach – Alpha)، والذي بلغ (0.9)، كما بلغ (0.96) بطريقة اختبار (Test - Retest). بينت نتائج البحث أن إمكانية تطبيق متطلبات إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في كلية التربية حصلت على تقدير متوسط، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة تبعاً لمتغيّر الخبرة، ووجود فروق تبعاً لمتغيّرات المرتبة العلمية، وفروق بين الجامعتين. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير أداء العاملين في كليات التربية في ضوء منهجية إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية. وإجراء الدراسات المعمقة في هذا المجال على مختلف مؤسسات التعليم العالي.
This study aimed at identifying the Opinion of Sample of Teaching Staff in the Education Faculty of Aleppo and Tishreen Universities in Applicability of the Administrative Process Requirements Reengineering in the Education Faculty and to study the differences of such attitudes according to variables (University, academic status, and experience).To achieve the objective of the research a questionnaire was made and it included 86 requirements, divided into ten areas. The sample included (118) teaching staff of Aleppo and Tishreen Universities for the academic year 2010-2011.The final results showed that Applicability of the Administrative Process Requirements Reengineering in the Education Faculty were middle rated to the Teaching Staff. In fact, there are differences between the Teaching Staff in academic rank and between universities, and no differences in experience. The study recommended developing staff performance at faculties of education in the light of the Reengineering of the administrative processes. It also recommended conducting more researches in this field on higher education institutions.
