دور معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري لدى تلامذة الصف الرابع بمقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم " دراسة ميدانية في مدارس مدينة حمص الأساسية الرسمية في الجمهورية العربية السورية "
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى تعرف أدوار معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري لدى تلامذة الصف الرابع الأساسي بمقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية. وقد صممت لذلك استبانة مؤلفة من (31) فقرة لتعرف هذه الأدوار، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها، طبقت عشوائياً على عينة مكونة من (272) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي الصف الرابع الأساسي في مدارس مدينة حمص الأساسية الرسمية. وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود أدوار إيجابية لمعلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري لدى تلامذة الصف الرابع الأساسي بمقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية، كذلك وجود فرق دال إحصائياً في أدوار المعلمين وفقاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في أدوارهم ككل في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري وفقاً لمتغيرات:المؤهل العلمي ومدة الخدمة.
The research aims to recognize the teachers' role of fourth grade of the first stage of basic teaching in developing creative thinking in social studies. For that, a questionnaire of 31 items is designed to recognize those roles.
After checking its validity and reliability, it was applied randomly on a sample of (272) male and female teachers of fourth basic grades in Homs city official schools.
The research revealed that: there are positive roles for the teachers of basic fourth grade in developing creative thinking in social studies, and there are statistically significant differences between teachers' roles according to sex variable in favor of the females and there are no statistically significant differences between all roles according to specialization and experience variables.
