الانبساطية والعصابية لدى عينة من النساء العاملات وغير العاملات في محافظة اللاذقية"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف سمات الشخصية ( الانبساطية , العصابية ) لدى عينة من النساء العاملات والنساء غير العاملات في محافظة اللاذقية في الجمهورية العربية السورية وتعرف الفروق بين أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة ( الإقامة , العمل , الزواج) و قد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, واتخذت الباحثة من الاستبانة أداةً رئيسة لأخذ آراء أفراد عيّنة الدراسة وتمثلت الاستبانة  بمقياس الانبساطية والعصابية الذي قام بإعداده وتقنينه على البيئة السوريةـ إمطانيوس ميخائيل عام ( 2008)  وتم تطبيقه على عينة مؤلفة من (120) امرأة عاملة  و (120) امرأة غير عاملة في محافظة اللاذقية ( ريف , مدينة).

- توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس العصابية وفق متغير العمل.

- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الانبساطية وفق متغير العمل ـ

- توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين النساء العاملات على مقياس العصابية وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية
( متزوجة , غير متزوجة ).

- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى النساء العاملات على مقياس الانبساطية وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجة , غير متزوجة).

- توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً لدى النساء العاملات على مقياس العصابية وفق متغير الإقامة ( ريف , مدينة ).

- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى النساء العاملات على مقياس الانبساطية وفق متغير الإقامة ( ريف, مدينة ).

 

This study aimed to know the traits (Extroversion and Neuroticism) in a  
sample of working and are non-working women  in the province of Lattakia, Syria. The differences are defined  according to the variables of work, residence and marriage. The study uses the descriptive analytic method. To achieve the objective of the research, the researcher used as a measurement tool for Extroversion and Neuroticism a questionnaire including (24) items. This questionnaire has been designed by Mtanus Mekhaeel in 2008. This has been applied on a sample consisting of (120) working women   and (120) non-working women in the province of Lattakia (city , countryside).                                                                                 

- There are statistically significant differences on neuroticism scale regarding the work variable.

- There are no statistically significant differences on extroversion scale regarding the work variable.

- There are statistically significant differences on neuroticism scale regarding the marriage variable.

- There are no statistically significant differences on extroversion scale regarding the marriage variable.

- There are statistically significant differences on neuroticism scale regarding the residence variable (city, countryside).

- There are statistically significant differences on extroversion scale regarding the residence variable (city, countryside).
