اختلاطات الحمل المتعدد في مشفى التوليد وأمراض النساء الجامعي بحلب

Abstract

The number and rate of twin and higher order multiple births have increased in the past two decades.

There was an increase in the maternal complications in twins Vs singltons such as: Anemia, pre termbirths, pre eclampcia, pre rupture of membranes, post partum haemorrhage, Earlyabruption of placenta, placenta previa, cesarean delivery.

There was an increase in newnatal complications:

Prematurity higher newnatal deaths comparing with singltons, decrease of birth weight of twin comparing with singltons.

لوحظت زيادة في معدلات الحمل التوأمي والحمل الأعلى عدداً خلال العقدين الماضيين، وهذا أدى إلى زيادة نسبة الاختلاطات الوالدية والوليدية في الحمل المتعدد.

لوحظ زيادة الاختلاطات الوالدية في حالات الحمل التوأمي وهي:

v                          فقر دم.

v                          الولادة الباكرة.

v                          انبثاق الأغشية الباكر.

v                          نزف الخلاص.

v                          انفكاك المشيمة الباكر.

v                          ارتكاز المشيمة المعيب.

v                          ارتفاع نسبة الولادة القيصرية.

ولوحظ زيادة الاختلاطات الوليدية:

v                          الخداجة.

v                          زيادة معدلات الوفيات حول الولادة.

v                          انخفاض وزن المواليد بالمقارنة مع مواليد الحمل المفرد.
