Abstract

Caesarean scar ectopic is one of the rarest of all ectopic pregnancies.it is defined as when a blactocyst implants on a previous caesarean scar .The incidence of Caesarean scar ectopic has increased due to increase in number of Caesarean deliveries. Early diagnosis of this can be done by using sonography. It is very important because a delay can lead to increased maternal morbidity and mortality. Early diagnosis leads to prompt management and improves the outcome by allowing preservation of future fertility .we are reporting a rare case of G3P2A2 with previous two Caesarean deliveries diagnosed as caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. Patient underwent laparotomy and on histopathologiacal examination Caesarean scar pregnancy was confirmed.

يعتبر الحمل الهاجر على ندبة القيصرية واحدا من أندر الحمول الهاجرة ويعرف بانغراس الكيسة الأرومية على ندبة عملية قيصرية سابقة. وقد أدى الارتفاع في معدل الولادات القيصرية إلى زيادة معدل حدوث الحمل الهاجر على الندبة . يمكن تشخيص هذه الحالة باكرا بالأمواج فوق الصوتية ويعتبر هذا هاما لأن تأخر التشخيص قد يقود لزيادة المراضة والوفيات الوالدية حيث يضمن التشخيص الباكر التدبير السريع وتحسين النتائج والحفاظ على الخصوبة ونورد هنا تقريرا لحالة نادرة G3P2A2 بسوابق قيصريتين شخصت كحمل هاجر على الندبة حيث تم فتح البطن وإثبات التشخيص بإرسال العينة المستأصلة للتشريح المرضي.
