دقة الفحص بالأمواج فوق الصوتية في تقدير وزن الجنين

Abstract

The present studay was coducted in Tishreen University Hospital and in private clinic in Lattakia between 01/04/2018 and 15/04/2019 on 247 pregnant women , mean age 26,7age range18-42)..

Mean gestational agedate 38,7 weeks ( range 37-42 weeks)

The purpose of this studay was to determine the accuracy of ultrasound fetal weight estimation.

In this studay accuracy of ultrasound fetal weight estimation was 79,35%.

Sonographic EFW overestimated all fetuses with birth weight 2500 g by a percent error of 23,56%-24,07%.

Ultrasonoud underestimated all fetuses with birth weight more than 3500 g by a percent error of %18,04 - %20,02

أجريت هذه الدراسة في مشفى تشرين الجامعي وفي القطاع الخاص في الفترة بين2018/04/01 و2019/04/15  على 247 حاملا بعمر وسطي 26,7 سنة.(تراوح بين 18 و 42 سنة ).

عمر الحمل الوسطي 38,7 اسبوع (تراوح بين 37 و 42)

كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة تحديد دقة الفحص بالأمواج فوق الصوتية في تقدير وزن الجنين.

في هذه الدراسة حصلنا على النتائج التالية:

بلغت دقة الايكو في حساب وزن الجنين 79,35% من عينة الدراسة كاملة.

كانت الدقة عالية في الاجنة ذوي الاوزان بين 2500 الى 3500 غ حيث بلغت نسبة الفرق بين الوزن بالايكو والوزن الحقيقي بين4,03% و 5,35% فقط.

بينما كانت دقة الوزن بالايكو اقل في الاجنة ذوي الاوزان القليلة / بين 1500 و 2500 غ / حيث تراوحت نسبة الفرق بين الوزن بالايكو والوزن الحقيقي بين 23,56% و 24,07% ( زيادة في الوزن بالايكو عن الوزن بعد الولادة)

كذلك كانت دقة الايكو اقل في الاجنة ذوي الاوزان الكبيرة/ اكثر من 3500 غ / حيث تراوحت نسبة الفرق بين 18,04% و 20,02% (نقص في الوزن بالايكو عن الوزن الحقيقي بعد الولادة)
