استخدام الريتودرين في تثبيط المخاض الباكر
Abstract
أجريت هذه الدراسة على مريضات المخاض الباكر من 28 وحتى 33 أسبوع حملي حيث بلغ عدد المريضات 57 وقد تم استبعاد 7 مريضات لوجود مضاد استطباب أو وجود مخاض متقدم . استخدم العلاج بالريتودرين (تسريب وريدي) على خمسين مريضة مخاض باكر , حيث بلغت نسبة النجاح 70% في حين بلغت نسبة الفشل 30% . هذا واشتملت الآثار الجانبية التي حدثت أثناء العلاج على تسرع النبض والخفقان بنسبة 54%, الزلة التنفسية 38% ,الرجفان 16% , تسرع قلب الجنين 4% ولم تلاحظ آثار جانبية خطيرة.
ارتفعت نسبة الآثار الجانبية عند وجود عامل خطر أو أكثر عند المريضة كما في ارتكاز المشيمة المعيب 50% , فقر دم 68.75% , انبثاق أغشية باكر 53.84% حمل توأمي 80% , الوزن أقل من 50كغ 40% , والخروس 50% .
This study included 57 patients of preterm labor. Patients' gestational age ranged between 28 and 33 weeks. 7 patients were excluded from this study because of contraindications, so the remainder 50 patients received i. v. Ritodrin injection. The results were as follows: (a) success rate was 70%, (b) failure rate was 30% (c);side-effects were: Tachycardia 54%, dyspnoca 38%, tremor 16%, and fetal Tachycardia 4%; all side-effects increased up to 75% when patients suffered from Anemia 68.75%, Placenta previa 50%, prom 53.84%, and multi-fetal pregnancy 80%.
