دراسة مورفولوجية للأسنان والنسج الداعمة بعد القلوعات السنية لدى الهامستر السوري
Abstract
28 حيوان هامستر سوري تم توزيعهم على ستة مجموعات رئيسية بالإضافة إلى مجموعة مراقبة .
تمت التضحية بهذه الحيوانات للحصول على البنية المورفولوجية الطبيعة للأسنان والبنى حول السنية , في مجموعة المراقبة. أما حيوانات المجموعات الرئيسة فتم التضحية بها تدريجياً لدراسة مراحل تطور العملية الترميمية في الأيام التي تتلو القلع من اليوم الأول وحتى اليوم السادس .
أوضحت نتائج البحث البنية المورفولوجية الخاصة لأسنان الهامستر، وخاصة منطقة التضيّق في وسط السن. وأكدت وجود رباط سنخي سني حول أسنان الهامستر, وقد بين البحث بالشرح والصور المجهرية مراحل العملية الترميمية بدءا من تشكّل العلقة الدموية وتعضيها وانتهاء بتمايزها. ومن إنجازات البحث الكشف عن وجود بؤر من الخلايا النشيطة القادرة على التمايز لتشكيل الميناء والعاج والبنى حول السنية .
28 Syrian hamsters have been divided into six main groups and one additional control group. The animals of the control group have been sacrificed in order to get the normal morphological structure of the teeth and the periodontal structures. As for the animals of the main group, they have gradually been sacrificed in order to study the stages of the restorative process following the days of extraction. This research illustrates the phases of the restorative process from the beginning of forming and organizing the thrombus to its being shaped into different dental and periodontal tissues. The most significant achievement of this research is its ability to detect focal regions of active cells capable of being shaped into animal, dentin, and other different tissues.
