التأثير الضار للتدخين على مشيمة النساء المدخنات بشكل ايجابي او سلبي
Abstract
ان التأثير الضار لمكونات الدخان الناتج عن احتراق التبغ , على جسم الانسان ,غير مشكوك فيه. لكن الجدل يدور حول مدى هذا التأثير .
و السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هنا : هل أن تدخين السجائر هو الذي يشكل عامل الخطر الوحيد , والأساسي على الصحة كما يعتقد البعض , ويمكن ربطه بزيادة الوفيات عند الرجال ذوي العمر المتوسط في بولندا ؟ وهل يمكن اعتباره كذلك واحد من عدة عوامل مجتمعة : اقتصادية , بيئية , وحضارية تؤثر سلبيا على صحة المجتمع ؟
وهنالك مسألة أخرى ذات أهمية بالغة , وصعبة الحل في أن واحد , هي مشكلة تأثير عادة تدخين السجائر على تطور الجنين , وسير الحمل , وعلى الحالة الصحية للمرأة الحامل.
تعتبر المشيمة مشعرا حساسا لتأثيرات مركبات دخان التبغ الضارة , نظرا لكونها تضمن للجنين التبادل الغازي , والتغذية , وطرح مواد الاستقلاب . وهي التي تضمن مع الأم السير الصحيح لعمليات النمو والتمايز .
نستنتج بانه من احدى النواحي بدت ظواهر اضطراب تبادل المواد بين الأم والجنين , ومن ناحية أخرى الاحتفاظ بقدرة المشيمة على تخفيف هذه الاضطرابات من خلال تقليص أبعاد الحاجز المشيمي , أو تضاعف عدد الزغابات الانتهائية .
The Harmful effect of tobacco smoke on the human body are not questionable. But the debate over the extent of this effect.
