Abstract

This research made a standardized modification to the FIFA11+ program by training with sand weights, adding 1 kg to each upper and lower limb of junior players during the program. This research aimed to identify the impact of the modified FIFA11+ program on the level of change in flexibility among young football playersy(15-14 year) at Al-Tadamon Sports Club, and to compare it with two warm-up programs (traditional and FIFA11+).

The program was implemented over a period of nine weeks, consisting of three training sessions. The research sample consisted of (24) players, divided into three groups, with (8) players in each group.

After conducting tests, implementing the program, and collecting and statistically processing the results, they were presented and discussed in a scientific manner. The results demonstrated a relative advantage for the modified FIFA11+ program in developing and improving flexibility over other warm-up programs (traditional and FIFA11+).
