العوامل التصميمية المؤثرة في نشأة المجمعاتِ السياحية وتطوّرها
Abstract
تأثر مفهوم الفندقة بسبب التطورات الهائلة التي شهدها القرن الماضي وبدايات القرن الحالي، وعلى الأخص في مجال النقل والاتصالات، وظهرت مجموعة من الأبنية وخاصة السياحية منها بصيغ معمارية مختلفة عما كان سائداً في بدايات القرن الماضي، وهذه الصيغ أيضاً تطورت كثيراً لتأخذ مسميات مختلفة، وذلك اعتماداً على توضع الوظائفِ الخاصة بها وسعتِها ونوعيتِها ، وإن الرصد التاريخي لعملية نشأةِ هذه المنشآت وتطوّرِها ، لم يكن يلحظ في الوسط الأكاديمي، وذلك لأن هذه المنشآت احتوت على وظائف معروفة،من مثل الإقامة والخدمات الترفيهية المتنوعة، وكانت المهمة الأصعب عندما تجتمع هذه الوظائف بعضها مع بعض ، وبتعددية مختلفة، فكان على المعماري وأمام هذه التركيبات المعقدة ,حلُ العلاقات الوظيفية وإعطاؤها الصيغ التي تماشي الغايةَ والهدفَ من المنشأة، وبالتالي ظهرت على الساحة المعمارية مجموعات معقدة من الحلول منها ما كان موفقا ومنها الكثير الذي لم يفهم الطرق التي يجب فيها معالجة هذه التراكيب.
