يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة التكامل المشترك بين إنتاجية العمل والحوافز الشهرية باستخدام اختبار Engle وGranger، وذلك دون الحاجة إلى إجراء تغييرات على المعلومات الأصلية للمتغيرات المدروسة، وقد تناول البحث حالة أحد فروع المصرف التجاري السوري في محافظة اللاذقية وهو الفرع الثاني.
حيث تم دراسة استقرار كل متغير على حدة باستخدام اختبار ديكي فولر الموسع ADFوجدنا أن كل منهما غير مستقرعند المستوى، ولكن أصبحا مستقرين عند الفرق الأول، وعندما تمت دراسة استقرار سلسلة المتغير العشوائي الناتج عن تقدير العلاقة بين المتغير المستقل (الحوافز الشهرية) والمتغير التابع (إنتاجية العمل) تبين أنها مستقرة، مما دفعنا إلى إمكانية استخدام اختبار Engle-Grangerلإيجاد ECM معامل لتصحيح الخطأ الحاصل في المدى القصير والتخلص منه قدر المستطاع على المدى الطويل.

Where the stationarity of each variable was studied separately using Augmented Dickey –Fuller test ADF, and we found that each of them is non-stationarity. However, when the stationarity of the random variable series was studied, the independent variable (monthly stimulus) and dependent variable (labor productivity) were estimated to be stationarity, Engle and Granger to find ECM a coefficient to correct the short-term error and eliminate it as long as possible in the long run, which is known as the ECM error correction coefficient.
