Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية المحوسبة على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة العامة للاتصالات في محافظة طرطوس وذلك باختبار العلاقة بين مدى توفر مستلزمات نظم المعلومات الإدارية (المادية, البرمجية, البشرية والتنظيمية) في المؤسسة المذكورة وبين أداء الموظفين .ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم التصميم والتطوير لاستبانة تتكون من (28) فقرة لغرض جمع البيانات وقياس متغيرات الدراسة, وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأبرز ما ورد في الدوريات والمجلات العلمية والكتب . و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط وثيق بين توفر مستلزمات نظم المعلومات الإدارية وبين الأداء الوظيفي, ومن جانبٍ آخر لم يسجل الاختبار الإحصائي أية فروق جوهرية بين إجابات أفراد العينة حسب المتغيرات الديمغرافية(المستوى العلمي و الجنس, و عدد سنوات الخدمة إضافة" إلى عدد سنوات بقائه في الموقع الوظيفي )فيما يخصُّ آراءهم حول أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على الأداء في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aimed to identify the impact of Computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers in the Establishment of Telecommunication in Tartous, to achieve the study's objectives a Questionnaire of (28) paragraphs –for the purpose of data collection and measurement of study variables- was designed and developed. The study made several results ,and the important results ;there is a significant relationship between operation and management requirements of Computerized Management Information Systems (physical ,programmatic ,human and organizational) and the performance of workers in the establishment , but there isn’t a significant differences between the perceptions of respondents on the impact of computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers due to the demographic variables(Level of Scientific, Gender ,Place of work, Functional level ) .
