أثر المعرفة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الفندقية " دراسة ميدانية على الفنادق العاملة في الساحل السوري "

Abstract

تناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة أثر أنماط المعرفة في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة في فنادق الساحل السوري، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (73) موظفاً من موظفي الفنادق ذات تصنيف أربع وخمس نجوم، بمختلف المستويات الوظيفية. وكانت الاستبانة الأداة الرئيسية لجمع البيانات، كما تم إجراء بعض المقابلات الشخصية للاستفسار عن بعض الفقرات، وتم تحليل الإجابات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS).

وهدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر أنماط المعرفة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الفندقية وتسليط الضوء على أهمية المعرفة وضرورة تطبيقها في الفنادق محل البحث من أجل الارتقاء بمستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة، وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية للفنادق على المدى.

ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين الاعتماد على أنماط المعرفة وبين تحسين الجودة للخدمات الفندقية المقدمة للنزلاء. فكلما زاد الاعتماد على المعرفة، كلما ساهم ذلك في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة. وهذا ما ظهر جلياً في الدراسة الميدانية حيث ارتفع تأثير المعرفة في تحسين الجودة من (63%) عندما كان الاعتماد على نمط المعرفة الصريحة فقط في الفنادق من تصنيف أربع نجوم، بينما في فنادق الخمس نجوم والتي كان الاعتماد فيها على نمطي المعرفة الصريحة والضمنية وصل التأثير إلى (72%).

This study addresses the impact of various types of knowledge in improving the quality of services offered by a sample of hotels in the Syrian coast. The sample included 73 employees of four and five stars hotels. Data is collected through a questionnaire and interviews;  and answers were analyzed using statistical software (SPSS). The ultimate aim of this study is to highlight the importance of various types of  knowledge and the need to apply them in hotels in question in order to improve the quality of services and give hotels competitive advantage.

Results show a correlation between reliance on knowledge and improvement quality of hotel services for guests. For example, quality improved by 63% at four star hotels using only explicit knowledge, while it improved by 72% at five star hotels that relied on two types of knowledge.
