The Legal Status For Hovercraft
Abstract
Hovercraft, or what we might also know as an air-cushion, play an important role in the modern era in transporting goods and people alike, and have become widespread in many developed countries because of their important role in reducing time and achieving the purposes for which they were made, except that A major dispute arose in legislation at the national and international levels over the legal status of it. Can it be counted as ships and subject to the provisions of maritime laws, or is it considered airplanes? Consequently, air law must be implemented, or is it of a special, independent nature that has advantages that distinguish it from others and its own laws.
