تأثير موعد وطريقة التطعيم بالبرعمة على نجاح مطاعيم غراس التفاحيات والحمضيات في الساحل السوري
Abstract
لا توجد دراسات موثقة حتى الآن تشير إلى أفضل طريقة وأنسب موعد لتطعيم غراس التفاحيات والحمضيات في ظروف الساحل السوري, وتيمناً بالأبحاث المنفذة في كثير من دول العالم فقد هدفنا إلى مقارنة نسب نجاح مطاعيم الطريقة البرعمية الدرعية T مع الطريقة الروسية (بريكلاد) B في المواعيد المختلفة على أصناف متعددة من التفاحيات والحمضيات .
خلصنا إلى أنه يمكن استخدام الطريقة الروسية (بريكلاد) B بنجاح في تطعيم غراس التفاحيات في الموعد الخريفي وفي وقت متقدم منه والذي لا يمكن فيه استخدام الطريقة التقليدية بالبرعمة الدرعية لصعوبة فصل اللحاء عن الخشب وهذا يسمح بالاستفادة من ميزات هذه الطريقة وبالحد الأدنى من إطالة فترة التطعيم لمدة شهر كامل على الأقل.
There is a lack of knowledge concerning the best way and date of apple and citrus budding in the Syrian coastal region.
Following the studies conducted in a number of countries this study compare the success ratio of T- budding with the Russian method (Preclad – B), on a number of apple and citrus varieties under various dates.
This study finds out that it is possible to successfully use the Russian method (Preclad – B) for budding of apple seedlings during late fall, whereas the traditional method of budding can not be used because of the difficulty of separating the bark from the wood. The benefit of this method is, at least, prolonging the duration of budding period by one month.
