Abstract

تأتي هذه الدراسة ضمن مجموعة الدراسات القائمة حالياً في مناطق انتشار الخوخ في الساحل السوري بغية الاستفادة منها غذائياً وإدخالها في برامج التحسين الوراثي واستخدامها كأصول للتطعيم عليها، بعد التأكد من صلاحية استخدامها كأصول.

تم من خلال هذه الدراسة استخدام القياسات الحيوية على 15 صفة لأجزاء النبات من الورقة حتى البذرة للتمييز بين القياسات التي أخذت من عدة مجموعات موزعة على خمسة مواقع في منطقتي الدريكيش وصافيتا من محافظة طرطوس.

ونتيجة التحاليل الإحصائية عند المستوى 5% لمعرفة الفرق بين الصفات الكمية والنوعية المدروسة تبين وجود أربعة طرز مظهرية Phenotypes من المحتمل أن تكون منتمية إلى ثلاثة طرز وراثية Genotypes تابعة جميعاً للنوع Prunus L.

This study is part of on - going comprehensive studies in Prunus area of the Syrian coast, to find out if plums can be used in food and genetic breeding programs and as rootstocks.

During experiments on Prunus L species biological measurements were used on 15 features of plant portions starting from leaf till seed, in order to differentiate between samples taken from many groups which were distributed on 5 stasions in Al-drekish & Safita regions (Ttartus district) .

Analysis of variance (5 % level) was used to test the difference between qualitative and quantitative features. It was found that 4 Prunus L. phenotypes were likely to be affilited to 3 genetic types of the species Prunus L .
