This study sought to examine the training needs of Educational Qualification Diploma students regarding electronic test preparation from their own perspectives. Following a descriptive-analytical approach, the researcher developed and validated a comprehensive questionnaire assessing various aspects of electronic assessment training needs, which was then administered to 60 students (both male and female) in the Educational Qualification Diploma program at the Faculty of Education, University of Aleppo. The findings revealed that developing electronic test creation skills represented the most crucial training need, while showing no statistically significant differences across academic specializations. Based on these results, the study recommended implementing specialized training programs to enhance students' electronic test development capabilities, along with promoting modern e-learning methods to improve teaching practices and develop professional competencies in this field.
