The descriptive analytical approach was used, where a questionnaire consisting of 24 paragraphs was distributed to a sample of 200 male and female teachers. The study concluded that the percentage of agreement with the arithmetic mean for the degree of use of the Six Hats Strategy by primary education teachers in the educational process was all high, and male and female teachers employ the Six Hats Strategy in a similar manner, without significant differences attributable to gender. In addition, new teachers employ the Six Hats Strategy more than teachers with long-term, medium experience.
