The present study aimed to identify the extent to which primary school teachers practice time management skills during classroom sessions. It also sought to explore the relationship between time management and the success of the educational process from the teachers’ perspective, in addition to identifying statistically significant differences in teachers' viewpoints attributable to the gender variable. The study sample consisted of 50 male and female teachers from the first cycle of basic education schools in the city of Aleppo. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. A questionnaire consisting of 15 items The validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
The results revealed that the arithmetic means of all questionnaire items related to time management skills ranged from medium to high levels, indicating that teachers are aware of the importance of effectively utilizing classroom time. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found, indicating a positive relationship between time management skills and the success of the educational process f[1]rom the teachers' point of view. However, no statistically significant differences were found based on the gender variable, suggesting that both male and female teachers share similar perceptions of the impact of time management on the success of the educational process.
