دور التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي للدماغ في دراسة تأخر التطور الروحي الحركي عند الأطفال
Abstract
أجري هذا البحث لإظهار القيمة التشخيصية للرنين المغناطيسي عند الأطفال الذين يعانون من الإصابة بتأخر تطور روحي حركي ، تم إجراء رنين مغناطيسي لـ (167) طفل بشكاية تأخر تطور روحي حركي لكشف مظاهر مرضية مسببة لذلك ، كان هناك (139) حالة مرضية توزعت إلى :
- إقفارية (36) حالة.
- خلقية (59) حالة.
- اضطرابات تشكل غمد النخاعين (44) حالة.
تبين لنا بعد الدراسة أن الرنين المغناطيسي يشكل الاستقصاء الأكثر أهمية في كشف أسباب تأخر التطور الروحي الحركي عند الأطفال .
L'objectif de la recherche est de démontrer la valeur de la résonance magnétique de diagnostic chez les enfants qui sont soupçonnés avoir un retard du développement d'un militant spirituel.
L'observation a été faite par résonance magnétique pour (167) enfants ayant un retard psychomoteur. Elle a révélé une pathologie chez (139) enfants.
Elle a permis d'identifier :
- Ischémique (36) cas.
- Congénitale (59) cas.
- Troubles de la gaine de myéline (44) cas.
Cette étude nous montre que l'IRM qui est la plus importante dans l'enquête a révélé les causes de ce retard du développement psychomoteur des enfants spirituels.
