Abstract

The research aimed to study the role of e-management in the digital marketing activity of the Syrian Telecommunications Company، by identifying the role of e-management requirements (administrative، human، technical، financial، and security) in the digital marketing process of the company under study. The research relied on the Descriptive analytical approach as a general research methodology، where a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a facilitated sample of employees in the company under study. The number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was 215. The research concluded that the Syrian Telecommunications Company applies e-management in its administrative activity، as one of the contemporary management concepts، at a high level، while the company under study applies digital marketing at an average level. E-management also contributes positively to improving the effectiveness of digital marketing and its directed operations in the Syrian Telecommunications Company. The research results indicated a significant positive impact of e-management on the digital marketing process of the company under study. The ranking of e-management requirements in terms of the intensity of their impact on the digital marketing process in the company under study was as follows: financial requirements، administrative requirements، technical requirements، security requirements، and human requirements.
