دراسة إمكانية رفع نسبةإنتاش بذور نبات الرغل أبيض الفروع Atriplex leucoclada Boiss.
Abstract
جمعت الوحدات التكاثرية لنبات الرغل أبيض الفروع Atriplex leucoclada Boiss. من مركز وادي العذيب في محافظة حماه بهدف دراسة إمكانية رفع نسبة إنتاشها بمعاملتها بطرق مختلفة قبل زراعتها في المشاتل الرعوية.
نفذت التجارب على 2000 وحدة تكاثرية، قسمت إلى خمس مجموعات متساوية: الشاهد (دون أية معاملة)، النقع لمدة نصف ساعة بالماء المغلي، النقع لمدة ساعة كاملة بالماء المغلي، النقع بحمض الكبريت المركز لمدة 8 دقائق والمعاملة الميكانيكية بالهرس بالهاون واستخراج البذور.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع المعاملات المدروسة أدت إلى رفع نسبة إنتاش الوحدات التكاثرية لنبات الرغل أبيض الفروع ولكن بمقادير مختلفة، وأن طريقة المعاملة الميكانيكية بالهرس بالهاون هي الأفضل في تسريع الاٍنتاش وزيادة نسبته، حيث رفعت هذه المعاملة نسبة الإنتاش مقارنة بالشاهد من 7 % إلى 69 %.
Seeds of Atriplex leucoclada Boiss. were collected from Wady Al Azeeb Center near Hama in order to study the possibility to raise germination .
The experiments were applied to 2000 seeds which were divided into five groups: control (without any treatment), treatment with boiled water for half hour, treatment with boiled water for one hour, treatment with concentrated sulphuric acid (H2SO4) for 8 minutes and mechanical treatment.
Results showed that all kinds of treatment had raised the germination of seeds but in different percentages.
Mechanical treatment was the best for acceleration of germination and raising the percentage,in comparison with the control, from 7% to 69 %.
