دراسة بعض الصفات الشكلّية لنحل العسل Apis mellifera L. في محافظة اللاذقية- سورية
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة بعض الصفات الشكلّية لنحل العسلL. Apis mellifera بغية تحديد الانتماء السلالي لمجتمع نحل العسل في محافظة اللاذقية ودرجة الخلط الوراثي لمجتمع النحل المدروس, فضلاً عن تحديد الطوائف الصافية وراثياً. بينت نتائج هذا البحث عدم وجود تجانس وراثي بين طوائف النحل المدروسة, ما يعني وجود درجات مختلفة من الخلط الوراثي مع سلالات مدخلة خصوصاً مع السلالة الإيطالية.
كما بيّنت النتائج أن مجتمع النحل المدروس بقي محتفظاً بصفات النحل السوري لانعدام وجود اختلافات جوهرية بالنسبة للمؤشرات المدروسة بالمقارنة مع دراسات سابقة. كماأن هذا المجتمع من النحل يختلف جوهرياً ومعنوياً (0.1 % ) بالنسبة للدليل الزندي للجناح الامامي والرسغي للرجل الخلفية كما يوجد اختلاف بصفة تجاه الانحراف القرصي وشكلّ الحافة الخلفية لمرآة الشمع على الحلقة البطنية الخامسة عن النحل الايطالي والكرنيولي, إلا أنه لم يظهر اختلافاً لصفة عدد الخطاطيف على الجناح الخلفي.
This study aimed at determining the morphological characteristics of Honeybee Apis mellifera L. in Lattakia. This is in order to verify its racial identity and genetic effluence by external colonies, as well as to determine genetically pure colonies.
The results showed that there was no genetic homogeneity between the studied colonies, i.e. there is a genetic effluence due to the imported honeybee queens such as those from the Italian race.
Our results also showed that the studied honeybee population remained a representative of the Syrian honeybee because of the absence of essential differences with regards to the studied parameters compared to other studies. This population was different from the Italian and Carniolan honeybees according to the cubital and tarsus indexes, discoidal shifting, and the form of external edge of wax mirror. There was, however, no difference in the number of claws.
