تأثير درجات حرارة التربية في نمو و معدل افتراس الأطوار غير الكاملة للمفترس Oenopia conglobata L. عند تغذيتها على منّ الدراق الأخضر Myzus persicae (Sulzer)
Abstract
درس تأثير درجة الحرارة في نمو الأطوار غير الكاملة للمفترسOenopia(=Harmonia) conglobata L. (Coleoptera:Coccinellidae), و في معدل افتراس الأعمار اليرقية لهذا المفترس عند تقديم حوريات منّ الدراق الأخضرMyzus persicae (Sulzer) (Homoptera:Aphididae) كفريسة على أوراق الفليفلة.
أنجزت التجارب على درجتي حرارة (25±2°س, 30±2°س), و رطوبة نسبية 75±5%, و 10:14 ساعة إضاءة/ظلام. أظهرت النتائج أن الزمن اللازم لتطور المفترس O. conglobata قد تأثر بدرجة الحرارة و كان عند درجتي الحرارة (25±2°س, 30±2°س) (22.5 ±1.8, 16.45±1.36) يوماً, على التوالي. بلغ متوسط استهلاك الأعمار اليرقية للمفترس O. conglobata : (18.60±2.44, 54.84±14.57, 101.50±16.09, 111.16±16.56) حورية منّ للعمر اليرقي الأول و الثاني و الثالث و الرابع على التوالي عند درجة الحرارة 25±2°س و (23.06±3.08, 54.42±12.65, 102.57±12.61, 155.50±21.85) حورية منّ على درجة الحرارة 30±2°س.
We studied the effect of temperature on the growth of immature stages of the predator Oenopia conglobata L. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) and on the predation rate of larval instars. The prey was the nymphs of green peach aphid Myzus persicae (Sulzer) (Homoptera: Aphididae) on pepper leaves. Experiment conditions were (25±2°c, 30±2°c), 75±5% RH, 14: 10 h(L: D) photoperiod.
Results showed that the developmental time of the predator O. conglobata was affected by temperature and was on the two temperatures (25±2°c, 30±2°c) : (16.45±1.36, 22.5±1.8) days, respectively. Consumption rate of larval stages of O. conglobata was (18.60±2.44, 54.84±14.57, 101.50±16.09, 111.16±16.56) aphid nymphs for first, second, third, and fourth larval instars, respectively, on the temperature 25±2°c, and (23.06±3.08, 54.42±12.65, 102.57±12.61, 155.50±21.85) aphid nymphs on the temperature 30±2°c.
