التداخل بين فيروسي موزاييك الخيار (CMV) والموزاييك الأصفر في الكوسة (ZYMV) في الإصابة المختلطة على نبات الكوسة: التأثير على عدد الأزهار المذكرة والمؤنثة الناتجة وعلى النسبة الجنسية
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى تحديد تأثير العدوى المختلطة بفيروسي موزاييك الخيار (CMV) والموزاييك الأصفر في الكوسة (ZYMV) على عدد الأزهار المذكرة والمؤنثة المتكونة على نبات الكوسة الصنفLena. وقد تم إجراء التجربة في موسمين متتاليين 2009/2008 و2010/2009 وفي ظرفين مختلفين: الأول زراعة خريفية في نفق بلاستيكي، والثاني زراعة ربيعية في الحقل المكشوف.
وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الإصابة الفيروسية المفردة أو المختلطة بالفيروسين ZYMV)) و(CMV) لم تسبب فروقا معنوية في عدد الأزهار المذكرة والمؤنثة المتكونة على نبات الكوسة في التجربتين ولموسمين متتاليين وفي موقعين مختلفين في محافظة طرطوس ( الخراب – القلوع) وذلك مقارنة بالشاهد السليم كذلك لم تسبب فروقاً معنوية في نسبة الأزهار المؤنثة المتكونة, وعدد الأزهار المؤنثة المتساقطة.
This research was aimed to study the effect of mixed infection of Cucumber Mosaic Cucumovirus (CMV) and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Potyvirus (ZYMV) on the number of male and female flowers on squash, var. Lena. and this research was done in two different circumstances, the first was autumn grow in a greenhouse, and the second was spring grow in an open field.
results shows, that nor single or mixed infection, cause a significance difference in the number of male and female flowers on squash in two trials in two different places in Tartus –SYRIA (Alkhrab and Alkloh), in comparison with the control trial which was not infected with any virus, and also dos not cause a significance difference in percentage of female flowers, in comparison with the control trial.
