تأثير مركبNeemAzal T/S والمستخلص المائي للثمار الناضجة للأزدرخت(Melia azedarach L.) في مكافحة حفارات ساق الذرة الصفراء ودورهما في رفع الغلة الحبية لمحصول الذرة الصفراء
Abstract
تسبب حفارات ساق الذرة الصفراء من الأنواع Sesamia cretica Led. وSesamia nonagrioides Lef. وOstrinia nubilalis (Hübner) ضرراً كبيراً على السوق والكيزان، ومن خلال الأنفاق المحفورة، مما يؤدي إلى نقص كبير في غلة المحصول ونوعيته (Myers and Wedberg, 1999).
يعد هذا البحث من أوائل الدراسات في المنطقة الشرقية من سورية خلال موسمي 2004 و2005 في استخدام مركب NeemAzal T/S، والمستخلص المائي للثمار الناضجة للأزدرختMelia azedarach L. في مكافحة حفارات ساق الذرة الصفراء. بينت النتائج التأثير لمركبNeemAzal والمستخلص المائي للثمار الناضجة للأزدرخت في خفض متوسط نسبة إصابة السوق بحفارات ساق الذرة إلى 15 % و 26 %، والكيزان إلى 9 % و13 % على التوالي، مقارنة بالشاهد الذي وصلت فيه متوسط نسبة إصابة السوق إلى 37 % والكيزان إلى18 %، وقد انعكس ذلك إيجاباً في زيادة وزن الألف حبة، وكذلك متوسط الغلة الحبية لمحصول الذرة الصفراء بنسب تزيد على 20 % و 9 % على التوالي خلال موسمي الدراسة.
The corn stem borers (species Sesamia cretica Led., Sesamia nonagrioides Lef. and Ostrinia nubilalis (Hübner)) have huge damage on stems and ears. Tunnels created cause a significant decrease in quantity and quality of yield (Myers and Wedberg, 1999).
This study was initially conducted in eastern region of Syria in the period between 2004 and 2005. In using NeemAzal T / S and aqueous extract for mature fruits of Melia azedarach L., there is a significant reduction in infested rate. Findings show that infested rates in stems were 15%, 26% and ears 9%, 13% using NeemAzal and aqueous extract for mature fruits respectively in contrast with control which was 37%, 18% of stems and ears respectively. This consequence was positively reflected on 1000 grain weight and therefore the increase was 20% and 9% using NeemAzal and aqueous extract for mature fruits respectively in yield.
