تقييم بعض الاختلافات الفسيولوجية لبعض طرز القمحTriticum spp.)) تحت تأثير الإجهاد الملحي في مرحلة البادرة
Abstract
نفذت دراسة مخبرية في كلية الزراعة-جامعة تشرين,خلال العام 2014-2015 بهدف دراسة تأثير خمسة تراكيز ملحية مختلفة من ملح كلوريد الصوديوم (شاهد,5,10,15,20(dSm-1على بعض الخواص الفيزيولوجية لخمسة طرز وراثية من القمح (بحوث9 ,بحوث6,شام7,شام10,دوما1).أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق معنوية واضحة في استجابة أصناف القمح المدروسة للإجهاد الملحي,و بينت النتائج تأثيرات معنوية واضحة للملوحة على معدل النمو النسبي ,صافي التمثيل الضوئي ,كمية الكلوروفيل ومعدل تراكم البرولين في أصناف القمح المدروسة.وكانت قدرة الطراز الوراثي بحوث 9على تحمل الملوحة أكبر مقارنة ببقية الطرز الوراثية المدروسة,إذ أبدى أقل نسبة انخفاض في معدل النمو النسبي, وصافي التمثيل الضوئي, ومحتوى الكلي من الكلوروفيل ,كما أبدى قدرة على تصنيع كمية مقبولة من البرولين لمواجهة الإجهاد الملحي المطبق. At Tishreen University in the Faculty of Agriculture a laboratory study was performed during the years(2014-2015).It aimed to study the effect of five different concentration of Nacl(0 , 5 , 10 , 15 , 20 dSm-1 )on some of the physiological traits of five cultivars of wheat (Research9 , Research6 , Cham7 , Cham10 , Douma1).Results showed significant differences in the response of wheat cultivars to salinity at seedling stage.In comparison with other studied cultivars of wheat Research9 ,clasified as highly tolerant to salinity because it showed the lowest decreas in Ralative Growth Rate ( RGR) Net Assimilation Rate( NAR) Total Chlorophyll(a+b) and it reacted well to the salinity through creating a sufficient amount of Proline to endure salinity.Downloads
