Abstract

أجري في هذا البحث دراسة مورفولوجية ونسيجية للمناسل الأنثوية عند إناث سمك الغريبة الصخرية من النوع (Rüppell, 1828) Siganus luridus المصطادة من المياه البحرية للساحل السوري خلال الأعوام (2000-2001)، وقد أوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة بين المظاهر المورفولوجية (الشكلية) والتركيب النسيجي للمبايض خلال المراحل المختلفة لتطورها.وتبيّن أن نمو المناسل الذي يتم خلال ست مراحل من التطور المورفولوجي (الشكلي) يقابلها ست مراحل من التطور النسيجي. وتضع الإناث بيضها في مرحلة النمو الخامسة من السلم المورفولوجي وتبدو البيوض المفحوصة نسيجياً خلال هذه المرحلة غنية بالحبيبات الدهنية المنتشرة ضمن السيتوبلاسما.

Dans cette recherche, une étude morphologique et histologique des ovaires a été déterminée chez les Siganus luridus de la famille Siganidae. Les résultats des recherches ont démontrés les relations entre les phénomènes morphologiques et la composition histologique des ovaires pendant les différentes périodes de leur développement.

Il est apparu que le développement des gonades se déroule pendant 6 étapes morphologiques correspondant a 6 étapes histologiques.

Les femelles pondent durant les cinquièmes étapes de l'échelle morphologique. Les œufs examinés histologiquement pendant ces étapes sont riches en granulations lipidiques dispersées dans le cytoplasme.
