دراسة حركيّة، وآلية مقترحة لتفاعل الأكسدة الضوئيّة لحمض البروبيون بوجود شوارد الحديد الثلاثيّ وغياب الأكسجين.
Abstract
في هذا العمل بحثنا في تفاعل الأكسدة الكيميائيّة الضوئيّة لحمض البروبيون بوجود شوارد الحديد الثلاثيّ في الوسط المائيّ، وغياب الأكسجين.
وتمّ تنفيذ جميع التجارب في المفاعل الضوئيّ باستخدام ضوء متعدّد الألوان Polychromatic light طول موجته أكبر من 330 نانومتر().
ناقشنا النتائج التجريبيّة من وجهة نظر حركيّة، آخذين بعين التقدير أنّ المعقّد الأحادي الكربوكسيل من بروبيونات الحديد الثلاثيّ هو المكوّن الوحيد الفعّال ضوئياّ في الجملة . وبناءً عليه، اقترحنا آلية للتفاعل المشار إليه أعلاه، وحدّدنا السرعة الافتراضيّة للتفاعل الإجماليّ، بالاعتماد على الخطوة المحدّدة لسرعة التفاعل ككلّ.
In this work we studied the photochemical oxidation of propionic acid in the presence of iron(III)-ions in aqueous medium under anaerobic conditions.
All experiments have been carried out with a photoreactor, using polychromatic light (). We discussed the experimental results from mechanistic standpoint, assuming that the complex is the only photoactive species in the ion system.
Thus, we investigated the reaction mechanism, and suggested a proposed rate for the overall reaction, on depending of the rate determining step.
