Preparation and characterization of the Sulfated

Abstract

Four samples were prepared, the first sample was alumina and given the symbol A, and three samples were prepared from the common oxide group  in different molar ratios 1:0.35, 1:0.25, 1:0.15 and were given the following symbols, respectively:     , it was precipitated using a precipitating agent .

The results of the study showed that the common oxide group had a lower specific surface area than the alumina sample,  , it was loaded with sulfate ions in three different proportions by soaking method, where the proportions of sulfate loaded were,  , and were given the following symbols, respectively:    , by dissolving the appropriate amount of ammonium sulphate , with the least amount of distilled water, and it is shown that loading with sulphate leads to a decrease in the specific surface area.
