Publication procedures
- The researcher registers on the journal's website, and two copies of the research are sent to the journal (a Microsoft Word 2010 file), one of which is anonymous. The researcher's name or any reference to him/her must not be included in the file name.
- - The researcher completes a special form signed by the researcher and the head of the organization for which he/she works, and stamped with the official seal. The researcher submits this form along with copies of the research via the journal's official website (see the guidance file). Researchers can obtain the form from its website under the publication forms list.
- - The journal conducts a preliminary review of the research to determine its suitability for review or rejection. The preliminary review includes checking plagiarism, formatting, and compliance with the journal's publication standards.
- - After approval by the editorial board, all research is subject to a confidential double-blind review, in which the reviewers do not know the researcher's name, nor do the researcher know the names of the reviewers.
- - The research is sent to three referees specialized in its subject.
- The researcher must submit the research to the journal within 30 days of submitting it. The research is then returned to the journal for resubmission to the referees to confirm any changes and recommend whether the research should be accepted or rejected.
- Once the research is accepted for publication, it may not be published in any other publication outlet, whether print or electronic, without the approval of the journal's editorial board and a letter from the editor-in-chief.
- The authors of the research are informed of the outcome of the review, whether accepted or rejected, after the review process is complete.
