The questionnaire was administered to a random sample comprising (10) principals and (85) teachers.
The most important findings revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members according to the job title variable (principal vs. teacher) across all measured domains. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found between the mean scores of principals and teachers according to the school type variable (public vs. private) in the following domains: school administration, assessment, and moral education. However, statistically significant differences emerged between the mean scores of the two groups according to the school type variable in the domains of physical school environment, school curriculum, teaching methods, and school activities, in favor of private schools.
