The research aimed to determine the degree of availability of the requirements for implementing the Kaizen strategy in kindergartens and the obstacles to its implementation from the perspectives of principals and teachers in the city of Lattakia. It also aimed to identify the differences between the average scores of sample members' responses according to the variables. A descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed, distributed across three dimensions (organizational-administrative, human, and material). It included an open-ended question to identify the obstacles that could limit the implementation of the Kaizen strategy. The research sample consisted of (184) principals and teachers. The results revealed:
1.The degree of availability of the requirements for implementing the Kaizen strategy in kindergartens, from the perspectives of principals and teachers, was average
2.The material obstacles that limit the possibility of implementing the Kaizen strategy in kindergartens, from the perspectives of principals and teachers, ranked first, followed by human obstacles and organizational-administrative obstacles.
- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of sample members' responses regarding the availability of the overall requirements for implementing the Kaizen strategy in their kindergartens, attributed to the variable of educational qualification.
4.There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of sample members' responses regarding the availability of the material requirements for implementing the Kaizen strategy, attributed to the variable of years of experience.
5.There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of sample members' responses regarding the availability of the human requirements for implementing the Kaizen strategy, attributed to the variable of respondent characteristics.
