الرَّاهن العربي ومصداقية الطرح العَلماني
Abstract
تعْرف العَلمانية بوصفها مفهوماً سياسياً بالدنيوية، وهي مشتقة لغةً من العَالم؛ لذلك فإن نقيضها الدلالي هو الآخروية وليس الدينية. إنها توجه فلسفي يسعى لتأسيس النظم الحياتية لأبناء أمة ما انطلاقاً من مصالحهم الفعلية وفق حيثيات ظروف معيشتهم الراهنة.
وقد ظهرت العَلمانية بوصفها مطلباً حضارياً ملحّاً مع بداية عصر التنوير الأوربي، وانتقلت إلى الثقافة العربية على يد عدد من روّاد الفكر في عصر النهضة العربية، فكانت المواقف منها -ومنذ البداية- متباينة تراوحت بين متحمسٍ ومعارضٍ لها؛ وكل ذلك على المستوى النظري.
لكن المسألة اتخذت توجهاً جديداً في نتاج المفكرين العرب المعاصرين، عكس تساؤلاً مشروعاً يخص نوعية التطبيق الفعلي ومقداره عربياً للعَلمانية –على المستوى القطري طبعاً- ونتائجه. فصحة الطرح العَلماني نظرياً لا يعني بالضرورة صدق تطبيقه واقعياً، وفي ضوء ذلك يسعى البحث ليعرض وجهة نظرٍ فلسفية حول مصداقية الطرح العَلماني العربي ومشروعيته في ضوء الراهن العربي ومعطياته.
Secularism, most probably, can be defined as a social and political concept. The term "secularism" is derived from the root "Secular"; therefore, its opposite term is not the spiritualism or religion, but, secularism is a philosophical tendency that aims to constitute the daily-life systems of Nations in accordance with there own present specialties.
Secularism arose in the beginning of the enlightenment age in the West as an urgent civilian demand, and it transfers to the Arabic culture by some of Arab pioneers in the age of Arabic renaissance. At that time, some questions arose about the possibility of actual implements of secularism in the Arabic society.
From what has been stated above, this research will try to present a philosophical point of view about the credibility of Arabic secularism, putting forth its legitimacy in the Arabic present.
