Abstract
The research aimed to identify the level of occupational bullying among a sample of basic education teachers in salhab city schools in light of some variables, This is done by identifying differences in occupational bullying among sample members according to the variables of (gender, academic qualification, years of experience), To achieve The objectives of the study, The occupational bulling scale was used (prepared by the researcher), and it was applied to a sample of (195) male and female teachers in salhab city schools. The results showed that the sample members suffer from occupational bullying at a level between low and medium and high, The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the study sample members in the level of occupational bullying due to the variables (gender) and(academic qualification it was in favor of males and also for teachers who hold a diploma or intermediate institute certificate, while There were no statistically significant differences in the level of occupation teachers due to the variable(years of experience).
