تحليل محتوى منهاج الإدارة الصفية لطلبة السنة الرابعة معلم صف دراسة تقويمية في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى تعرًف مدى تضمين كتاب الإدارة الصفية لطلبة السنة الرابعة معلم صف لكافة المهارات التي سيحتاجها الطلبة/المعلمين، من خلال تحليل منهاج الكتاب، وتكون معيار التحليل من (97) فقرة، موزعة إلى خمس مهارات هي (مهنية و شخصية و تفاعلية وتواصلية وإدارية وتخطيط الدرس وتنفيذه)، وتم تحليل محتوى الكتاب، بعد التأكد من صدق معيار التحليل من خلال عرضه على (12) محكماً من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بجامعتي دمشق وتشرين، وتم التأكد من ثباته الذي بين أن نسبة الاتفاق بين المحكمين زادت عن (83%) .شملت عينة تحليل المحتوى على فصلين من كتاب الإدارة الصفية لطلبة السنة الرابعة معلم صف، وقد بلغ عدد صفحاته (63)صفحة.
وبينت النتائج عدم التوافق في توزيع التكرارات على مستوى مهارات الإدارة الصفية ككل، وكذلك على مستوى المهارات (المهنية، والإدارية، وتخطيط الدرس وتنفيذه)، في حين أظهرت النتائج التوافق في توزيع التكرارات على مستوى المهارات (الشخصية، والتفاعلية والتواصلية). وقدم البحث مقترحات أهمها إعادة النظر في محتوى مناهج إعداد المعلم وفق الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة والحديثة.
The research aims at identifying the scope of the content of all skills needed for both students and teachers within the class management text book for fourth-year "Class Teacher"students. This task is to be achieved through analysis of the text book. The standard analysis included (97) paragraphs distributed among five skills (professional, personal, communicative and interactive, administrative and class planning and performance). The analysis of the text book has been performed after making sure of the credibility of standard analysis throughout introducing it to (12) arbitrators belonging to the teaching staff at both Tishreen and Damascus Universities. The stability of the analysis has been confirmed based on the scale of agreement among arbitrators which proved to be more than (83%). The sample of content analysis includes two chapters of the class management text book for fourth-year pedagogy students (63) pages.
The results show disagreement on frequency distribution in class management skills level and in skills such as (professional, administrative, and class planning and performance). However, there has been agreement on frequency distribution in skills such as (personal, interactive and communicative). The research presented some suggestions the most important of which is to review and reconsider the content of pedagogy curricula on international, contemporary and modern basis.
