Organizational Climate and its Impact on the Level of Creativity of Teachers of Sportive Education in Lattakia City
Abstract
This research aims to measure the levels of organizational climate and the creativity of teachers of sportive education in Lattakia city and explore the relation between the dimensions of organizational climate with the creativity.
The research has been applied at a sample of (150) teachers of sportive education in Lattakia city. It has been used the descriptive approach using survey method and correlational relationships, where it has designed tow questionnaires for measuring the organizational climate and creativity. The validity of questionnaires has been checked by using the virtural validity and validity of internal-consistency, and it has been used the method of half-segmentation and persson factor for check the stability of questionnaires. The results showed a med level of both organizational climate and creativity of teachers of sportive education in Lattakia city. The results also indicated a positive correlation between the organizational climate and creativity.
