Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common and complex endocrine disorders. It is associated with both physical and psychological effects, most notably anxiety and depression, which negatively impact patients’ quality of life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is considered an effective approach for addressing these psychological challenges. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of a CBT -based guide on depression and anxiety in PCOS patients. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using a quasi-experimental design, on a purposive sample of 40 patients. Data were collected using the Beck Depression Inventory and an anxiety scale developed by the researcher, during the period from November 2024 to February 2025. Results: the findings revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the post-intervention assessment (p<0.01). Depression levels decreased from moderate to mild in (77.5%) of participants, and anxiety levels declined to a moderate level in (45%) of them. Recommendations the study recommends integrating CBT techniques into treatment plans for anxiety and depression in women with PCOS, it emphasizes the importance of psychological assessments due to their direct impact on quality-of-life following diagnosis.
