The Relationship of Work Motivation with Organizational Commitment and Job Performance of the Nursing Staff

The study aimed to determine the relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment and to determine the relationship between work motivation and job performance among the nursing staff at the Maternity and Children's Hospital in Lattakia, where the sample consisted of 300 nurses who were selected using the available sample method. The researcher used the Abdul Hadi 2001 questionnaire to measure the level of motivation and the Salman 2013 questionnaire to measure the level of organizational commitment and the Kahina and Wafiya 2020 questionnaire to measure the level of job performance, which were developed by the researcher in this research to suit its objectives. After unloading the data, it was statistically processed and tabulated using the SPSS statistical program
The most important results were: There is a statistically significant relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment, there is a statistically significant relationship between work motivation and job performance, Average level of work motivation, Average level of organizational commitment, High level of job performance
