Determining the Indicators Used in Building Construction Methods and Modeling the Determinant Factors Applied to Select an Optimal Alternative in Syria
Abstract
The construction sector in Syria - especially in the field of building – is characterized by the domination of traditional methods of building systems. The introduction of modern IBS construction technologies is not accompanied by a proven scientific fit and consistency consistent with the technological and administrative solutions for construction and project operations in general. Syria is currently suffering from the huge building needs imposed by reality and the need for reconstruction. There is therefore the need to develop comprehensive criteria for selecting the appropriate construction method and encouraging the use of prefabricated construction to complete the entire building or parts of it (mixed) or the use of cast in situ.
The research aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the choice of suitable construction methods in Syria through a thorough and comprehensive field study and conducting Factor Analysis to derive the most important factors. We obtained 3 economic factors, 3 social factors and 2 environmental factors. The study also includes the calculation of technical and economic indicators related to these methods, which gave a clear indication of the efficiency of construction method that chosen from the technological and economic point of view. The research concludes with the suggestion to use the fuzzy logic to choose the optimal construction method to suit Syrian reality.
يتصف قطاع البناء والتشييد في سوريا - خاصة في مجال الأبنية- بسيطرة الطرائق التقليدية على نظم البناء، كما ان ادخال تقانات صناعة البناء ال IBS الحديثة لا يترافق مع موائمة علمية مثبتة تؤمن تناسقاً منسجماً ومتكاملاً مع الحلول التكنولوجية والإدارية للعمليات الإنشائية وللمشروع بشكل عام. وسورية في الوقت الراهن تعاني من الاحتياجات الكبيرة للبناء التي يفرضها الواقع وضرورة اعادة الإعمار، لذا هناك حاجة إلى وضع معايير شاملة لاختيار طريقة البناء المناسبة والتشجيع على استخدام المسبق الصنع لإنجاز كامل المبنى أو أجزاء منه(المختلط) أو استخدام المصبوب بالمكان.
يهدف البحث إلى تحديد وتحليل العوامل المؤثرة على اختيار طرق التشييد المناسبة في سوريا من خلال دراسة ميدانية دقيقة وشاملة وإجراء التحليل العاملي لاستخلاص أهم هذه العوامل حيث حصلنا على 3 عوامل اقتصادية و3 عوامل اجتماعية وعاملين بيئيين. كما يتضمن البحث حساب المؤشرات التقنية والاقتصادية المتعلقة بهذه الطرق والتي أعطت دلالة واضحة على كفاءة طرق التشييد المختارة من الناحية التكنولوجية والاقتصادية. ويخلص البحث إلى اقتراح استخدام المنطق الضبابي لاختيار طريقة التشييد المثلى بما يتناسب مع الواقع السوري.
