تأثير المعالجة الحرارية على قيم منحنيات ( الشد – الانفعال ) للبولي إيثلين عالي الكثافة (HDPE)
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير ظروف المعالجة الحرارية على منحنيات ( الشد – الانفعال ) للبولي إيثلين عالي الكثافة HDPE. لهذه الأسباب تم تحضير عينات ذات سماكات مختلفة من أنابيب البولي إيثلين عالي الكثافة المخصصة لمياه الشرب.
وجد أن المعالجة الحرارية تسبب زيادة في كافة الخواص المقاسة والمتضمنة إجهاد الشد عند الخضوع وإجهاد الشد عند نقطة تشكل العنق وإجهاد الشد عند التحطم، وكذلك الاستطالة النسبية عند الخضوع وعند العنق.
تظهر النتائج أيضاً أنه يمكن الحصول على أفضل الخواص بعد التسخين لمدة 6 hours بدرجة الحرارة 100 C° وأن المجال الفعال يقع بين (1-6) hours عند هذه الدرجة، وأنه ليس ضرورياً الاستمرار بالتسخين بسبب بقاء الخواص المقاسة ثابتة بعد هذا الزمن.
This research aims to study the effect of heat treatment conditions on (tensile –stress) curves of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Because of these reasons, many drinking water HDPE pipes specimens with different thickness have been prepared.
The findings have demonstrated that heat treatment causes increase in all measured properties, including tension at yield-point, necking point, break, along with elongation at yield and break points.
The findings have also shown that we can get better properties after heating 6 hours at 100 C°, the effective range is between (1- 6) hours at this temperature, and it is not necessary to continue heating because all measured properties become constant after this time.
