دراسة تأثير تغلغل لحام التقسية السطحية على القساوة السطحية لمطارق كسارة الكلينكر في معمل اسمنت طرطوس
Abstract
يتضمن البحث دراسة تجريبية لمعرفة تأثير تغلغل مادة اللحام على قيمة القساوة السطحية في لحامات التقسية السطحية لمطارق كسارة الكلينكر، من خلال تحضير عينات من معدن المطارق X120Mn12 نفسه، تم تقسيتها سطحياً باستخدام أنواع مختلفة من قضبان لحام التقسية السطحية، وتم تغيير البارامترات الخاصة باللحام كشدة التيار وجهة القطبية. تم قياس نسبة التغلغل، واختبار العينات على القساوة، ودراسة العلاقة بين التغلغل والقساوة، وأثرها على مقدار التآكل الاحتكاكي. أظهرت الدراسة بأن تخفيض تيار اللحام خفّض الدخل الحراري الذي أدى الى تخفيض نسبة تغلغل اللحام، كما لوحظ ازدياد قيم القساوة السطحية للمعدن المقسى ومقاومة التآكل الاحتكاكي مع انخفاض نسبة التغلغل، في حين أن القطبية الموجبة لتيار اللحام أدت الى زيادة نسبة التغلغل وبالتالي انخفاض قيم القساوة السطحية، لكنها أعطت لحام ذو جودة عالية من ناحية تجانس الشكل وانخفاض العيوب. كما أظهرت النتائج أن زيادة نسبة الكروم والكربون في قضيب لحام التقسية تؤثر ايجاباً على قيمة القساوة. This study includes an experimental work to determine the effect of dilution on Hardfacing welding of clinker hammer crusher. In this work, samples have been prepared from the same metal type of hammer’s, of which is X120Mn12. Then the samples had been hardfaced using deferent kind of hardfacing Shielded Metal Arc Welding electrodes, and using deferent welding parameters (current, polarity), the calculation and measuring of dilution had done and then performed the hardness tests, wear tests, and their relation with dilution. This study showed that the reduction of heat input decreases dilution as the hardness of hardfaced samples increases and wear decreases. Direct current electrode positive (DCEP) increase dilution as the hardness of hardfaced samples decreases and wear increases, but the quality of the welding became better. Results showed that percentage of chromium and carbon in electrodes have positive effect on hardness.Downloads
