Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى إظهار أهمية تلبية المتطلبات العامة لكفاءة مخابر الاختبار المحددة بالمواصفة القياسية الدولية (ISO 17025)، التي تأتي من دورها في تقديم: الإثباتات والأدلة الموضوعية على أن تحاليلها ذات مصداقية ووثوقية ويمكن الدفاع عنها قانونياً.

ويعدّ تطبيق هذه المواصفة من الوسائل الهامة المستخدمة في تقييم مستوى أداء المخبر، وضمان الجودة في  نتائج الاختبارات المنفذة، وكما أنها تساعد الزبون والسلطات التشريعية على انتقاء المخبر الكفء.

ويتضمن هذا البحث دراسة عملية لتقييم أداء مخبر الصناعات النسيجية في مركز الاختبارات والأبحاث الصناعية، والذي يطبق بشكل مبدئي بعض متطلبات المواصفة القياسية الدولية ISO 17025:2005 تمهيداً لحصوله على شهادة الاعتماد الدولي، وذلك من خلال معالجة نتائج الاختبار بطريقة علمية تمكن الباحث من تحديد نقاط الضعف

في أداء المخابر، وبالتالي تزويدها بتغذية راجعة ونصائح تقنية تساعد في تحديد مشاكل القياس وتقييم كفاءة العاملين في المخبر وغيرها من العوامل الفنية المؤثرة على نتائج الاختبار، وكما يقدم توصيات ومقترحات من شأنها إذا ما تم العمل بموجبها أن تساعد على تجاوز نقاط الضعف الموجودة في مخابرنا.
