Abstract

During the last cade and till the recent years, woven fabrics laid under  a big competition with nonwovens( which can be made by several techniques such as nanotechnology applications),  and knitting fabrics.

So,  weaving fabrics industry must  be developed, and this will improve quality of woven fabric , against another types of fabrics in markets.

The primary material affects too much on woven fabric`s quality, The Cotton yarn that give its mechanical properties and using resistance to it`s own woven Fabrics.

According to the rule: (Weaving as good as sizing), Sizing  absolutely affects on  cotton yarn mechanical properties and using resistance which it will give to woven fabric.

In this search, I had studied the most three parameters  effects on cotton yarn Ne22 quality, and it`s mechanical properties , and the quality of weaving fabric , that are: speed of Sizing machine, pressure of squeezing rolls, and viscosity of sizing solution.
