Evaluating the Performance of Employees in the Government Sector in Latakia (A Survey Study in Public Sector Institutions in Latakia Governorate)
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the performance of public sector employees in Lattakia. The researcher measured the performance efficiency from four main axes: technical skills, quality of work, interactive skills and using effective work methods. For the purpose of conducting the field study, a questionnaire was distributed to 410 employees belong to most public sector institutions in Lattakia governorate. A number of results were reached, the most important of them is that the employees in the public sector have the minimum required efficiency. Some suggestions were also made to improve the efficiency of performance, the most important of them is to increase salaries and material benefits and also to put the right person in the right place.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقويم كفاءة أداء العاملين في القطاع العام بمحافظة اللاذقية حيث قام الباحث بقياس كفاءة الأداء من أربعة محاور أساسية وهي امتلاك المهارات الفنية, جودة العمل, امتلاك المهارات التفاعلية ومدى استخدام أساليب العمل الفعالة, و بغرض إجراء الدراسة الميدانية تم توزيع استبيان على 410 من العاملين يتوزعون على معظم مؤسسات القطاع العام بمحافظة اللاذقية, وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن العاملين في القطاع العام يمتلكون للحد الأدنى من الكفاءة المطلوبة, كما تم تقديم بعض الاقتراحات لتحسين كفاءة الأداء أهمها زيادة الرواتب والميزات المادية وأيضاً وضع الشخص المناسب في المكان المناسب.
